I’m Jonny Cummings, a composer and music producer working across film, television, games and other visual media. I hold a second class upper division BA (Hons) in Music Composition for Film and a master’s degree in Music Production from Leeds Conservatoire, where I developed experience in writing, recording and producing music.

My work ranges from orchestral and acoustic composition to electronic, hybrid and more textural forms of scoring, with my skills in production playing a vital role in not only how I record, but also how I write and arrange my pieces.

I have multiple years experience recording live musicians, working with analogue equipment and taking projects from the initial idea through to a finished mix. My portfolio reflects that range, with a focus on creating music that has a clear identity while remaining adaptable to different forms of visual storytelling.
